Made-to-Order Items
Each product at SakinahWear is made to order — printed specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed. Because of this print-on-demand model, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll review your case promptly and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once the fulfillment process begins, cancellations or edits are no longer possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification — unless the product is made to order or personalized. Since all SakinahWear items are custom-made, this right does not apply to most of our products.
